We just moved to Charleston and were honestly a little nervous about finding a dentist who was both trustworthy and high quality, but this place exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The space is filled with natural light, feels incredibly clean, and even smells amazing. It doesn’t have that typical sterile dentist vibe at all. Charlotte at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. What really stood out was how personalized everything felt. At check-in, they gave me a menu where I could choose things like what to watch during my cleaning and how I wanted my warm towel. Such a fun and thoughtful touch. They even offered tinted sunscreen afterward, which I’ve never experienced at a dentist before. My hygienist, Delani, was absolutely amazing. She was so personable and took the time to explain everything she was doing in a way that made me feel included and informed. I never felt like the staff was talking over me or using confusing dental jargon. She created such a welcoming, nonjudgmental space and answered all my questions about my oral hygiene routine. On top of that, she was incredibly gentle and thorough. I also loved how they use updated technology. They don’t just take X-rays, they take photos of your teeth so you can actually see what they see. It made me feel really involved in my own care, which I appreciated so much. You can tell they intentionally schedule enough time for each patient, so nothing feels rushed. Dr. Driscoll was also incredible. She was warm, thoughtful, and took the time to really listen to my needs. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy about treatment plans and made me feel like I had a say in my care. I ADORE Dr Julie Driscoll! I never needed braces growing up and felt pretty good about my smile. There were a few cosmetic things I was noticing and some jaw pain that seemed to be increasing. Previous dentists kind of brushed my concerns off. I went to Dr. Driscoll and she immediately validated my concerns and knew exactly what I needed. I did not realize how off my bite was and how it wasn’t “normal” to have chipped teeth. My mom was even confused at first why I needed Invisalign and now she’s BLOWN away by my smile.
